Video lightbox isn't working for my Awake site.

Video in slider: Link goes to YouTube link, not to lightbox.

Video gallery: When link is clicked, the loading symbol never stops.

I did try updating the prettyPhoto plugin the awake/lib/scripts. That didn't help. Please advise. Thanks.

    Hi,

Could you please provide us a link to your website?

It's sounds as is prettyPhoto was not updated correctly. If I can take a look at it, I will find the problem easily.

    Hi,

Effectively, prettyPhoto was not updated correctly.

    Download this file: http://www.no-margin-for-errors.com/demos/prettyPhoto-jquery-lightbox-clone/prettyPhoto_compressed_3.0.3.zip

Unzip it, and you will find 3 folders and 2 files. Paste all of that inside the folder "lib/scripts/prettyPhoto" in your theme structure.

    That should make it work.

thank you. That solved the problem beautifully for the video gallery.

However, the video in the slider still goes directly to YouTube. Any suggestions for that problem? TIA

    Hi,

How are you including the video in the slide?

Could you please send me the login details so I can see how your WP content looks like?

    Hi,

I already fixed your issue. Take a look at the Youtube slide, and how I included the youtube video. It was not working because you were inserting the URL in the wrong field.

Hello, I am having the same trouble. I uploaded the new version of Pretty Photo, but it's not working. Goes right to YouTube. http://www.sandbag-training.com/free-sandbag-workouts/

    Hello ajrenk,

    It seems that you either:

    1) Modified the PHP code of the theme.

    2) Installed a plugin that's changing the behavior of the gallery.

In any of those cases, could you please describe the things that you modified / installed?

Didn't really modify anything except some CSS styles. Attached is a list of all the plugins installed.

    Thanks!!!

Could you please disable your plugins one by one, so we can see if there's any that causes conflict?
