Hi ,
Thanks for your prompt support. Sorry I didn't post my reply in the Forum. Near the bottom of the post are the original instructions to try to resolve this problem. Unfortunatey when I attempted the fix you gave me I received the following message.:
Warning: require_once(/home/content/30/7248630/html/wp-content/themes/infocus/lib/admin/tinymce/tinymce.php) [function.require-once
]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/30/7248630/html/wp-content/themes/infocus/functions.php on line 29
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require
]: Failed opening required '/home/content/30/7248630/html/wp-content/themes/infocus/lib/admin/tinymce/tinymce.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/30/7248630/html/wp-content/themes/infocus/functions.php on line 29
I renamed the original tinymce.php file.instead of actually deleting the tinymce.php file could this be causing the new error message???
Short of reinstalling Wordpress again on the GoDaddy servers and starting over I’ve done that four times, I do not know any way to reverse this unless you do a reinstall. I could give you the login and password so you can go into the ftp server and correct the problem possibly without reinstalling Wordpress. I’m not good at all the code I know just enough to be dangerous, as they say. This is getting old I’ve been trying for 10 days to get your theme up and running. If this cannot be fixed I will have to purchase a new theme. Another $35.00 bucks is not the issue. Out of your nearly 5000 customers I would have to say there are more than a few customers that are using GoDaddy hosting.
ORIGINAL FIX
Regarding the internal server error, this issue has to do with some recent changes GoDaddy has made to their servers. I’m not sure what they changed but replacing the following file on your server: wp-content/themes/infocus/lib/admin/tinymce/tinymce.php with the one in the zip file below should resolve this: http://themes.mysitemyway.com/infocus/content/downloads/tinymce.php.zip
