    Hi ,
Thanks for your prompt support. Sorry I didn't post my reply in the Forum. Near the bottom of the post are the original instructions to try to resolve this problem. Unfortunatey when I attempted the fix you gave me I received the following message.:

    Warning: require_once(/home/content/30/7248630/html/wp-content/themes/infocus/lib/admin/tinymce/tinymce.php) [function.require-once
]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/30/7248630/html/wp-content/themes/infocus/functions.php on line 29

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require
    ]: Failed opening required '/home/content/30/7248630/html/wp-content/themes/infocus/lib/admin/tinymce/tinymce.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/30/7248630/html/wp-content/themes/infocus/functions.php on line 29

I renamed the original tinymce.php file.instead of actually deleting the tinymce.php file could this be causing the new error message???

Short of reinstalling Wordpress again on the GoDaddy servers and starting over I’ve done that four times, I do not know any way to reverse this unless you do a reinstall. I could give you the login and password so you can go into the ftp server and correct the problem possibly without reinstalling Wordpress. I’m not good at all the code I know just enough to be dangerous, as they say. This is getting old I’ve been trying for 10 days to get your theme up and running. If this cannot be fixed I will have to purchase a new theme. Another $35.00 bucks is not the issue. Out of your nearly 5000 customers I would have to say there are more than a few customers that are using GoDaddy hosting.

    ORIGINAL FIX
Regarding the internal server error, this issue has to do with some recent changes GoDaddy has made to their servers. I’m not sure what they changed but replacing the following file on your server: wp-content/themes/infocus/lib/admin/tinymce/tinymce.php with the one in the zip file below should resolve this: http://themes.mysitemyway.com/infocus/content/downloads/tinymce.php.zip

    Hello bigbuybigideas,

Make sure that the file exists in /wp-content/themes/infocus/lib/admin/tinymce/ and make sure that it is named tinymce.php, nothing more, nothing less.

If you are still having problems with it then download a fresh copy of inFocus 1.6 and PM us WP Login and FTP details so we can take a closer look for you.

    Hello mattbrooks123,

Just wanted to make sure you are experiencing the same problem. You are getting a "500 Internal Server" error and the fix suggested here, http://themes.mysitemyway.com/infocus/documentaion/faqs/bugs-errors/#11, does not help?

It could be that GoDaddy changed something on their servers again. Go ahead and give as much information as possible such as,

    - Your theme version
    - Wordpress version
    - Whether you have done any updates or customizations
    - Version of PHP installed on the server

Also it would be best to turn on Wordpress debugging as seen in this article, http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php, and get in contact with GoDaddy, let them know of this error, and request to see your error log.

For all you GoDaddy users reading this - Just a heads up, the "tinymce.php" fix DOES work. I oversee several hosting solutions, two of them are on GoDaddy, follow the "tinymce.php" fix instructions and you will be live again.

Also, remember in your wp-config.php file, GoDaddy, similar to MediaTemple, is not using "localhost" in the /** MySQL hostname */ define('DB_HOST', 'localhost') Double check your MySQL info, copy and paste the 'host' info and you will be golden.
