Twitter not working properly with "header teaser text".

My tweets show up properly in the footer with the "Awake Twitter widget", but when I want it as a "Header Teaser Text" on a specific page, all I get is "You must have your Twitter user name entered in the "General Settings" tab of your themes options for this to function properly, which I do have.

How can I fix this bug?

    Hello fakethis99,

Send us a private message by clicking on the "PM this link" beneath our usernames and we'll take a closer look. Be sure to include a link to your site as well as a Wordpress and FTP login.

You can also use our twitter shortcode in the teaser text, http://mysitemyway.com/docs/index.php?title=Widget_Shortcodes#Twitter.
