"Tool Tip" for Fancy Image?

   Is there any way I can use Tool Tip on Fancy Images? I have an array of about 10 Fancy Images on a page, each link to a blog post. Fancy Images doesn't include a headline - only description is the alt text hover. I want some way to describe the image with text.
