Thumbnails not displaying in inFocus Wordpress theme

   Hi, I really appreciate this theme - it is excellent. I have hit one problem and I con't find the answer on the forum.

   It seems that the image thumbnails are not working. Also, if I switch on "automatic image generation" the circle just spirals around.

   Please could you let me know where the problem is?

   Hello andymayo,

   It looks like it's still using the default images. Make sure that you are setting the "Featured Image" inside your posts. http://mysitemyway.com/docs/index.php?title=Post_Options#Featured_Image.

   Thank you, Elliott. This has helped - the "popular posts" are now displaying thumbnails.

   Why does the "Enable Auto Featured Image Selection" not work?

   There are still a couple of other thumbnail and image problems. The first is that the spiral spins at the top of the post page:

   Also, the "Related Posts" are still not showing thumbnails even though "featured images" are now set.

   The auto featured image does not grab images from your post content but the first image "attached" to your post. This is a way to easily integrate your new blogs with our theme (so you don't have to reassign the featured image for each post).

   As for your images with the spinning icon it appears they are too big to use,

   Try cropping them or scaling them a bit before uploading.

   Hi Elliott

   I am thinking of upgrading from inFocus v1.6 to v2.3.

   I have already set post images in all my posts for v1.6, which show up on the blog index page, widgets, etc.

   I wanted to know if there is an easier way to set featured image instead of having to go to every single post and setting it. Is there any way to automatically set the featured image to the post image that is already set for the post?

   Hello vpadiyar,

   I never heard of a plugin that automatically does that. I am afraid you will have to set the featured images of your posts manually.
