    I have read everything I can find on this problem and have still have isses with resizing of images for thumbnails.

    I have replaced the thumb.php with a few different ones found in these forums. I have tried changing the permissions on both the script folder and the cache folder. I wonder if anyone has any further tips that could help me find a solution.

    Here is a sample of a page that has the problem;

    Hello Morten,

    It looks like the resize script is throwing you an error,

    GD Library Error: imagecreatetruecolor does not exist - please contact your webhost and ask them to install the GD library
    Query String : src=http://www.trueview.com.au/newsite/images/blog/edgeblog.png&w=126&h=90&zc=1&q=100
    TimThumb version : 1.19

    The GD Library is a graphics code base that the resize script needs to function. I believe it is bundled with the latest version of PHP.

    I would get in contact with your hosting provider and ask them if they can install GD for you or at least make sure your PHP is up to date.

    Let us know if this fixes it for you Morten.

    G'day elliot,

    I am very impressed by the quick response times. Considering we are no doubt in opposite time zones and it is the Festive Season it is even more impressive.

    I have contacted the web hosts and will let you know once they respond.

    Thanks again,

    Morten

    Thanks Elliot,

    It took some time but I have now resolved the issue. Host fixed the GD library and I had to set the 777 permissions as per other threads.

    Appreciate the great support,

    Morten
