Table of slider image sizes for all themes.

   I did a search for the correct slider image sizes and found them in a table, listed by theme. Now I can't find that page!?!?! I've seen other posts with three image sizes listed, but I was looking for the complete list INCLUDING Nivo slider sizes. I was sure it on the slider wiki page, but it's gone. Can you help, Elliot?
