Suggestion: More options for googleplusone shortcode

   It would be great if you could add an optional url parameter. This would allow visitors to +1 the base URL of the site and not the individual page.

   This is documented at https://developers.google.com/+/plugins/+1button/#target-url

   While you are at it, it wouldn't hurt to see annotation type, asynchronous options :-)
