    Hello,
I just purchased inFocus theme and I don't see any SQL database file for quick and easy installation. I was hopping that I can easily install and have the same website structure in few seconds just like you have in your PREVIEW.

Can you let me know if you can provide these files.

    Thank you

    Hello jazzybeat,

Currently we don’t have a .xml import file for the theme, but almost all of the pages on the demo site do have “+Get the Code” toggle boxes with the exact shortcode we used to create the page content. For instance:

Well can you please provide wordpress MySql File with all the visuals so I can just import and have everything like I saw on your demo. I really don't want to play and setup all the pages as you have. I think it is a lot of work and all I want is quickly setup website and swap the image and write the copy.

    Please let me know.

    Hi jazzybeat,

Unfortunately a MySql (.sql) database export would be unusable because we do php includes on most of the pages and various other time saving shortcuts that can't be captured in an MySql database export.

You can find a detailed explanation of what we do provide for inFocus here:

So if I install your infocus theme on my WP and I need to migrate to a new server or for any other reason I need to change the location of DB file then my website is not going to work because as you just said it will be unstable as you just said ? Can I ask you then how do you backup and moving your wp site with theme?

I'm not sure if I understund this correctly. In the link that you send me it talks about XML import but it does not relate to SQL import.

If there is no easy and simple way to get wp website up and running, then I don't think I'll be able to use your theme.

    Hi jazzybeat,

The SQL file is perfectly stable.

What we are saying is that it would not be useful to you.
We use php includes so that we can easily control all our demo content for all our demos in one place.

Since the content we are including is located on the same server as our demos, it works great for us.
Since your site is on a different server, it would not work for you.

Again, this only has to do with the way we chose to set up our demo content.
If you wanted to move your site, with your content, you would of course have no problem whatsoever.

Your product was advertised to have these pages so I do expect to have identical setup. If it does not have these pages out of the box then you should put in big on sale website that it does not come with db file and that users will have to do it them self.

I recommend you to setup your DB file and make it available in your zip package so it can be used by everyone who wants to tweak your theme content. A lot of people who sell themes does that.

Can you email me your SQL file I want to see what is going to happen.

    Thanks

    Hi jazzybeat,

You must be confusing our themes with someone else's.
We've never included SQL/XML files, and we certainly never advertised that we did.

I'm sorry that you find it so difficult to build out your content from scratch.
We do provide "get the code" snippets reference above, which many people have found very useful.

We'll look into creating SQL/XML files in the future, but unfortunately we can't provide them for you at this time.
