slider pinwheel spins forever

   hi there.
   i tried setting the cache to 777
   i tried turning off all my plugins
   i tried using the blog post setting
   i tried using the set custom header setting
   i even considered reading the instructions.
   and still, the image doesnt load.
   help would be greatly appreciated.
