slider description area

   hi there im trying to insert images in the description area of the slider . using <img src Etc...> it is a not a big image at all https://ezchoicefinancial.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/Call-us-for-sliders.png it keep appearing on the next slider and making my text disappear from my first slider. i remove it . is there a way to have an image in the text area of the slider ? if so how ?

   im using scrolling slider with partial staged right or left
