    Hi all,

    i'm looking to change the font colour and box colour for the slider detail on this site
    http://www.jonrobson.co.uk - i'm using fading slider with partial gradient.

    i've checked in the skins .css file but dont seem to be able to locate the correct info to edit to enable me to change these colours. slide content font and slide title font along with the background box the text sits in.

    i'm using fading slider with partial gradient.

    many thanks
    Jon

    one extra question to add would be - is there a way of rounding the edges of the slider text box slightly,

    kind regards

    Hello cafesociety,

    Add this to your custom CSS,

    .slide_title { font-size: 12px; color: red; }
    .slide_content { font-size: 12px; color: red; border-radius: 3px; }

    I would use the custom CSS field in Dashboard -> your theme -> General Settings.

    thanks elliot,
    i just tried adding it to the skin under advanced skin editor. the curved edges worked good but the colour of the font or background didnt alter.

    i'll try using your last suggestion but if i want to play around with how it looks, how would i edit the changes made?

    regards
    Jon

    Add the important rule,

    .slide_title { font-size: 12px !important; color: red !important; }
    .slide_content { font-size: 12px !important; color: red !important; border-radius: 3px; }

    The background? Try this,

    Take a screenshot and highlight exactly which elements your trying to customize.
