shortcodes for multiple e-stores do not work, Snippets show up on live page

   I purchased the theme infocus and am trying to set up an e-store but for some reason the shortcodes themselves are showing up on the web page. It appears as if there are (<p>) tags around the shortcodes that should not be there??? I have tried two separate carts so far (WP online store, and WP e-Store) I would appreciate your help on this.

   See below: the page as it exists now using WP Online Store, the same problem occurred when i was using WP e-Store.

   Hello chappellt,

   Type the shortcodes out in the HTML editor and surround them with [raw] [/raw] tags.

   that does not solve the problem, The same thing happens, see chappellsquare.com/store there must be a solution to this. Do you have clients who have had success with these plugins, and if so which store plugins? I need this situation resolved and preferably with the plugins I already have. i appreciate you help on this...
