Shortcode to feed all posts in Category to Page

   trying to pull category posts (from category_name=videos) to a page using shortcode
   [category_name=videos]

   It seems to work, but then I try to do it on another page, using a different category and it does not work.

   Is there a better shortcode to pull category posts?

   Hi kbechtel,
   make sure that the "category_name" value correspond to the "category slug".
   IE:
   If you have a category named "Super Duper", the slug will be "super-duper"

   You can check the category slug names from the Posts->Categories page

   Thanks so much for your quick response. Although the slug is correct, the category does not feed. See here

   But on this page it works fine .

   Figured it out now, if I call the category archive in a custom menu it will show.

   Still no luck, calling it by shortcode though.

   I'm good for now unless you have further suggestions.

   I'm looking at also trying the awake-template-one-category template.
