Shortcode generator not working. Am I missing something ?

   Hi,

   I installed Wordpress v3.3.1 in multisite mode and Myriad theme v1.4. No plugins installed, no pages, posts, categories created.
   When I want to use the shortcode generator, I have a problem : it's not working in some cases ... I can use the Icons shortcode but not contact form, not portfolio, not column layout ... I fill the input but when I click on Send shortcode to Editor, nothing append (but, like I said, Icons shortcode works fine).

   Hello Deknar,

   Make sure that you click inside the editor before you hit the insert button otherwise it will not load the shortcode into the editor.

   Yes, I tried, in visual and html mode but still not working ...
   And I tried with Safari and Firefox.

   And with the Myriad theme v1.3 I don't have this problem.

   For your notice, I have tested on localhost Method theme and work only the new icons shortcode, other not working

   Replace the following file on your server with the .zip file attached to this post:

   lib/admin/assets/js/admin.js

   Let us know if this resolves the issue:

    It's still not working for me, I replaced the file and now when I click on send shortcut to editor it scrolls back up but there's no shortcut text on the text box.

    Dear Elliott,

    Our website is using "Awake" theme. It was working very well but suddenly I opened the website today on Google Chrome browser, something went wrong with the top navigation. This problem exists only in Google Chrome although I have the latest version, but the website is working well on Internet Explorer and Firefox.
    find attached a screen shot of the problem.
    Our website URL is "www.vigorevents.com"

    hello elliott

    the "Select Preset Icon" in the shortcode editor is not working anymore. no icons are shown. i tried it in IE and Firefox. i also replaced the lib/admin/assets/js/admin.js

    Create a backup and completely delete the theme from your theme folder before downloading / uploading a fresh copy of the theme. Also be sure to deactivate your plugins while testing.
