Shortcode displays as text

   Greetings. My compliments on the Awake theme. My text log says I am using Version 1.3 and am on Wordpress 3.1

   I am using the Awake Wordpress theme, and the following short codes in pages display as text. I haven't tried others yet since I am learning how to use this theme:

   [image_frame style="framed_shadow"]
   [fancy_header2]

   I did update the PrettyPhoto script after I was having issues with the galleries, and read how to fix the issue on this forum. Would that be the reason the above mentioned short codes are not working?

   Please assist as I am hoping an easy fix is out there.

   Hello,

   It seems that your shortcodes are not being rendered by the Wordpress engine.

   Could you please provide us a link to your website? So we can see where this problem is occurring.

   You can see this occurring at: http://www.sldchicago.com/dev/audio

   I had to remove the other instances since my client is previewing this site as we make progress, and I didn't want them looking at all of these instances.

   Hello calitobigtime,

   It appears your still using Awake 1.3. With 1.3 these shortcodes are available,

   [fancy_images]
   [frame_left]
   [frame_right]
   [frame_center]

   If you need the [image_frames] shortcode then you'll need to update to 2.1. http://mysitemyway.com/docs/index.php/Updating_Awake_and_inFocus_to_2.0
