Select and Radio Contact Form field not showing on Mac

   When I create a form using the Contact Form short code - the Select and Radio options do not display correctly on the Mac OS. The field name displays, put the pull down or radio button do not display at all. I can access the pull down info by clicking where is should be displayed, but even after selecting something is still does not display. i've tried this on both Mac Safari and Chrome browsers. I'm running the Lion OS.

   Hello ttrapani,

   Does it work fine in Windows? Go ahead and take a screenshot of what your seeing and if possible send us a link to your page.

   Don't know about windows. Only have macs here. Ive included the screen shot. First error line is a radio. The options show out to the right. The second is a select. No pull down is displayed.
