I'm trying to use the new responsive method on this site. Now I'm new to WP and this was just given to me, but apparently it's missing a span tag below the responsive_menu_container class. Can anyone help me to fix this? Thanks in advance.

    Hello IDSsupport,

Not sure what it could be. Do you have a menu setup in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus? Send us a link when you go live and we'll take a look.

    Hi!

Thanks for the response. Yes, there are two menu setup (primary and footer). http://delawarecrawlspacecompany.com/ I think it's been live for awhile before this new responsive feature of method came up. The responsive layout options is set to "Make my Site Responsive for Mobile Devices" since if changed to "Make my Site Responsive on all Devices" the site looks messed up specially on the slider part.

It looks like your using Method 2.0. Update to the latest version, 2.5.
