Problem with thumbnail images

   Hi,
   I'm having a problem with the image resizing feature. When I create the lightbox feature, my thumbnails are not in proportion to the larger photos in the lightbox. I've used small 120 x 190 images, and I've also used a larger sized picture. Just can't seem to get a proportional thumbnail image.
