    Hi,
    I'm working in my website with the Event Calendar plugin for a while.
    The plugin was updated and I can't see the events anymore. I need to click next events, then back events to see them on the page: http://www.noasmusic.com/events/
    What we see on the page is the list of latest posts which all have the current date.
    From the plugin company, they asked me to ask you if you may override any setting. Also the page title is now "Archives" while it used to be "Events"
    Please read below what they wrote. Can you help?

    In order for this to happen your theme is likely overriding the main WP Query in some fun way. Unfortunately there is no easy fix for this. Usually it requires intimate knowledge of the theme to find how its overriding queries, and then you need to find a way to fix it that doesn’t break the theme. Usually only the theme author has this sort of knowledge.

    Many thanks!

    Hi Michael
    Not sure if you know MSMY seems to no longer support these themes or the forums. Meaning eventually we will all need to change our themes to another Theme Company. I will try my best to help you and maybe others can chime in.

    I am not sure what exactly is not showing on your calendar or events? Could you take a screenshot and circle on that screenshot what should be there. See my attachment/comments.

    As for the "Archives" page title, at first I thought that was being called "Archives" because you were created each calendar event as a MSMY Blog Post. But I think you said you are using a Plugin for your calendar posts. So I don't really know why that is happening. My only solution right now would be to remove that title from the page if you can edit that page try adding this HTML to the page:

    <style type = 'text/css'>
    .page_title, .post_title { display: none; }
    </style>

    and then on that page under "Intro Options" chose "Completely Disable Intro". Then clear your cache and see if that does it.

    The other option that may be better is to actually go in and change the name of the "Archive" page permanently, here are instruction on how to do that, you could then call the page "Events" or whatever you like.

    Good Luck.

    Hello OMG,
    Thank you so much for your kind help.
    That's very bad news, I was not aware that there was no more support for this amazing template. It's such a shame.
    The calendar you have shown on the image, is only the widget, that one is working fine.
    The problem is when you get onto the events page (in concert), here: http://www.noasmusic.com/events/
    you see the website's posts, while you should see the list of events like on the image I have attached.
    You can se the events properly when clicking on the top of the page, first on the "Next events" link, then "Previous events"
    If you have any idea how this could be fixed, that would really be cool.
    Btw, not related to my previous question, do you have an idea which template with support can be fine to replace this one?
    Many thanks!
    Michel

    Hi
    I am sorry I still don't fully understand, perhaps someone else can chime in.
    As for you other question you will have to change to a completely different theme company which means you will have to completely rebuild your website from scratch. You can use the Export/Import feature in Wordpress to help migrate your blog posts/media, but I have had mixed results with it not always moving everything over. Good Luck
