All pictures on my site (vaniagaquiere.com) are no longer displayed for some time. Frames are still being displayed, the file path does appear when hovering above a picture and it does open when selected. The hosting company referred to the likelihood of a theme issue. Would you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    Additional info :

There has been no change whatsoever over the last few months to the theme, pictures displayed, database...

Wordpress and its plugins are up-to-date.

It has been confirmed by the hosting site that there is no issue on their end.

All pictures are displayed using the following format :
    picture location.jpg
    [/image_frame]

    Cheers

Try going to your wordress back office, select the theme and then image resizing and change that from timthumb to built in wordpress and see if that makes any difference.

    Thanks for your suggestion

An "invalid image" message and a question mark in a triangle appear at the center of the picture location when switching to the "built in wordpress" option.

    Any other suggestions?

I was just made aware that Themes have to be updated - Could it be that the issue is related to the theme not being up-to-date?

  5. read some where someone said timthumb is ot working, if you using this select wp instead.
then get the plugin FORCE THUMBNAIL REGEN and regenerate all your thumbnials.

Thanks, I have regenerated all thumbnails and still no success

I have also updated the Construct theme to its latest version (1.8) as well as Wordpress (4.5.2), still no luck

    Any other suggestion anyone?

I would say it is time to change to a new theme. Things will only get worse as the theme is no longer being supported or updated. If you find the solution it wont be long before you hit another problem.

Too bad, it was a nice template :(
I guess there's no alternative even though i don't get why it wouldn't work...
