   Hello MichelleBrenn,

   You can use our shortcodes to create that page. To do the image frame then you would do something like this,

   <div class="full_portfolio_frame">
   		<div class="portfolio_full_img_holder">
   				<div class="loading_gallery_full img_pre_0"></div>
   				<a href="#">
   				<img src="#" alt="text">
   				</a>
   		</div>
   </div>
