Page Content Border

  1. I was looking for a solution to add a border around the entire page content area excluding only the background, socials in the header, and sub footer (see attached image). No luck

    I found the code to put a boarder around the entire edge of the browser area:
    body {
    border: 2px solid red;
    }

    I tried changing the area to content, body_inner, multibg, content, and content_wrap with varying success but none around the entire area. Content would add the border around the main content area but not the whole body area.

    The image below shows in red where I want to go (different color and size), but I created that in Photoshop.

    Suggestions?

    Have you tried # before body (#body or #body_inner)

  3. That didn't work yesterday but it worked today! A little over in that it includes the socials and the sub hotter but I'll take it.

    Thanks!
