Optimal Fancy Images File Size

    Hello,

    I've been adding some images to my inFocus (v1.6) web site in fancy image galleries and have noticed they tend to be a little slower to load than the examples found within the inFocus theme on ThemeForest. The typical images I upload are about 950x600px JPEG and sometimes can get up to 1MB in file size. I am just curious about what some more experienced folks suggest be a reasonable file size so I can create the quickest speeds possible while still maintaining quality. Thanks in advance for any input!

    Hi,

    I recommend you to compress your images, so you can reduce it's size. Here you can find an online tool that will greatly reduce the file size: http://www.smushit.com/ysmush.it/
