    Every time i think i am finished, the client has a few more requests.....
    1. The website takes too long to load – timed it and it’s taking an average of 20 seconds to load. Any particular reason --- is it the pictures?
    2. Can we make the twitter, facebook, links red to make them stand out more? Can they also be made a little larger and can we put “please follow me on…” above it?
    3. How can I add a picture in the "About the Author" section after the blog?

    the site is http://www.ohalllaw.com.

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello idavila,

    1. It might be your hosting provider as the images are being resized by the timthumb script and the layout isn't heavy at all. Another issue might also be your internet connection. You should run some tests and see how it turns out. (Just clicked on the link you provided, it seems that your hosting provider is slow.)

    2. Are the header icons you are talking about?

    3. I'm not sure what you mean. Would you like to add an image in the box or after it? Should the iamge be placed only on one blog post or on all of them?

    Best Regards,
    Dorian

    Thanks....

    For #1, I will talk to the host provider....thanks. I just wanted to be sure it wasnt the template before I went to him.
    #2. I figured out how to adjust the sociables & corresponding header in the css.
    #3. Please see attached img.... I would like to add an image there instead of a graphic of a person. How can I do that?

    Hey guys, just wanted to jump in here on the avatar issue.

    You will need to set an email for your author by navigating to Dashboard -> Users and then click on whatever user you are using to write your posts. Go ahead and edit the user's profile and set an email for that user.

    Next sign up to http://en.gravatar.com/ and set an image to use for that email and it should display after a couple of minutes.

    Let us know if need some more help with it idavila.

    Try adding these lines in /wp-content/themes/awake/style.css

    #social_header { z-index: 90 !important; }
    .header_contact { z-index: 80 !important; }

    Let us know if it worked for you idavila.
