MP4 Video in Home Page Slider

    I am doing the recommended setup for a video on the home page slider. ( Using Dejavu v5.1 theme )
    > Image/Video URL: Image (loaded a 1x 1pixel dot)
    > Stage Effect: Full + Raw HTML
    > JW Player
    > .MP4
    > Description: [jwplayer config="video-320x240" image="http://pisgahchurch.org/wp-content/uploads/mentors-meals-vdieo-image.jpg" file="http://pisgahchurch.org/wp-content/uploads/mentor-meals-lisa-intro.mp4" ]

    Still the video does not show or play video. Any thoughts ?

    I have since updated to v 1.7 and using Child Themes. Let me check in that environment 1st before I re-submit.
