Location for the rule to modify font size on page title

   Good day,
   I'm looking to modify the title text of a page below the navigation. This would be something like "About Us" I thought this would be an h1 tag, but modifying the h1 tag is the styles.css sheet did not have an affect.

   Can you tell me where this is or post a link to your site where these styles are discussed?

   Apologies, realize I need to do that via custom CSS in theme options.
