Load slider with static home page?

   I need to set my homepage as a static page in the Reading options for my mobile site. However, this causes the slider not to load on the desktop site. Is there any way I can load the slider with a static homepage? I'm comfortable with adding any PHP to theme files if that helps.

   Hello tomanow,

   You can select the "Display Slider on All Pages" option in Dashboard -> your theme -> Slideshow -> Advanced Settings and it will display on every page. You could then hide it with CSS like so,

   #slider_module { display: none; }
   .is_home #slider_module { display: block !important; }

   I am using Wordpress Mobile Pack.

   The slider will not load with Reading > Static Homepage set, it has nothing to do with the plugin.
