   I have tried both the internal WP theme uploader and FTP. Am attempting to upload the "Awake" folder inside the extracted .zip file. When I click on the folder, it opens it rather than selects it for uploading. Uploading zipped file results in upload fail and error message. Help. Am excessively frustrated.

   Hello lightspring,

   The "awake" folder inside the zip file is what you need to upload into the Wordpress theme directory. Which FTP program are you using?

   Here is a tutorial on how to upload with filezilla, http://wiki.filezilla-project.org/FileZilla_Client_Tutorial_(en). To upload a folder then right click on the folder and select "Upload" to move the whole folder.

   If your still having trouble then PM us an FTP login and we'll install it for you.

   Hi support, I am having exactly the same problem as stated above and have tried filezilla and Dreamweaver as FTP tools, nothing is working. I have successfully installed my Awake theme before in WordPress 3.1.1 hosted on 123-reg.co.uk but I have recently moved to Bluehost.com and now using WordPress 3.1.2

   I have a zipped copy of the file that I recently downloaded on the Bluehost server.

   Please can you help.

   The message I have is:

   Broken Themes

   The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

   Name Description
   licensing Stylesheet is missing.
   psds Stylesheet is missing.

   Hello psyissi,

   You need to upload the "awake" folder which is inside of the zip that you download from themeforest.

   If your having issues then PM us an FTP login and we can install it for you.
