I have uploaded an image that is 312 x 102. I would like to use the portfolio, but it crops my image. I thought it was supposed to adjust automatically to accommodate the image. I did follow the instructions for resetting the permissions without it having any affect. When I the "frame" short code it works fine. I would like to take advantage of all your offerings (i.e. the portfolio and possibly the galleria). what am I doing wrong?

I'm using the Awake theme and just downloaded it a couple of days ago, so I believe i'm on the latest version.

    Hello corngtr,

What you will want to do is create a thumbnail of your image and set it in the "Portfolio Gallery Image" field when editing your post. This will make it so your thumbnail displays in the portfolio but your fullsize image will still display in the post and in lightbox.

When viewing the option click on the "read more" to the right and you can view the exact dimensions that you need or let us know which theme you are using and we can tell you.

That still isn't working. I have gone down to as small as 110pixels on the images and it tries to blow the image up. I'm using the Awake template.

The attached images shows the image as a 110x36 png file in the top image. The bottom image is 882x292 and it is transformed nicely.

I think I figured it out. It looks like your code tries to expand all sides to match the dimensions. Since my images was long and narrow it couldn't fit it properly and focused on the middle. Once I artificially expanded all dimensions it seems to work.

I now have the problem that the clicking on the image doesn't do anything. I did see some other people with issues around that which I will look into before bothering you again.

Thanks for a great looking site.

It's most likely that prettyPhoto needs to be updated. You can find instructions in this thread, http://mysitemyway.com/support/topic/infocus-and-wordpress-31.

Let us know if that works for you cormgtr.
