Image Frames Not Loading

   When I use an image frame around an image, like:

   [image_frame style="framed_shadow" align="left" height="180" width="one_third"]http://brevityworks.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/r.jpg[/image_frame]

   I end up with one of those "image not found" symbols - but the lightbox works.

   How do I fix this?
