How to Style Archive and Category Widgets Like Shortcodes?

I'd like the dropdowns in my Archive and Category widgets (see screenshot) to look like the ones I see when I use the Shortcode Generator within a post. Is there some way to accomplish this? Many thanks.

    Hello margot620,

You will need to add a class of "styled" to them to get them styled like ours. Perhaps there is a plugin out there that lets you do this, http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/.

I'm using ZigWidgetClass (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/zigwidgetclass/) which should work, and I've tried adding
    "styled"
    "select.styled"
    "select styled"
    "mysite_form styled"
    "mysite_form select.styled"

and a bunch of other options, but no joy. I can put your contact form widget in the footer just fine but can't apply get the shortcode's dropdown effect to show in my dropdown Archives widget also in the footer. Any ideas?

What that plugin seems to be doing is adding the class "styled" to the widget container, not the select elements inside.
