How to fix gap in 3rd level menu?

   Hi,

   if I open your site (or mine) with the Internet Explorer (9) and move my mouse to a 3rd level entry of the menu, there appears a gap between the menus.

   I attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean.

   How can I fix this? It is nearly impossible to open the links in the 3rd level because it disappears when I move my mouse to the right.

   Another problem is that I don't receive notifications per mail for my threads.
