How to change sub menu text colour?

   I think I am having a blonde moment but I am struggling to find which css file to alter the sub menu text.

   Screen grab attached so you know what I mean

   When we launch our new framework we'll have an area dedicated for tutorials and also a section where customers can request a tutorial.
