The hover effect in the navigation kinda get stuck and is "too slow" in Firefox and IE. This does happen on a PC, not a MAC.
We tested it on several different PCs and Systems and it happens everywhere.

Hello phoenixartdesign,
Yes there's something weird going on there. Try switching to one of the default skins and deactivating all of your plugins and then clear your browser cache to see if it does the same.
I did that. I have the default red theme running now, no plugins in the background and cleared up my cache.
problem is still there.
They still appear to be behaving weird, I noticed the colors are changing. Have you done any customizations?
I have done:
http://mysitemyway.com/support/topic/completely-disable-intro-still-leaves-intro-text
http://mysitemyway.com/support/topic/pushing-down-the-slider-content-area
and changed the slider height like in your tutorial.
That's about it.
Have you edited the skin at all? The menu link colors shouldn't be changing like that by default. Most likely something with cufon.
Go ahead and create a backup and then completely delete fusion from your theme folder before downloading / uploading a fresh copy.
will try that, though i saw that your DEMO page acts out a little in IE too.
WIll let you know if a fresh install helped
i installed a fresh downloaded copy and using the default black.css now (no changes made). Problem is still there.
I checked your DEMO page in FIrefox and IE and the navigation is acting out a little there too. So I doubt it is a problem with my server/ copy.
i checked the error console in Firefox and there are a few warnings. (Both on my and your server) Is that helping in any way?
Try commenting out lines 231 - 233 in /wp-content/themes/fusion/style.css,
/*.jqueryslidemenu ul ul,
.jqueryslidemenu>ul>.current_page_parent>a,.jqueryslidemenu>ul>.current_page_ancestor>a,.jqueryslidemenu>ul>.current_page_item>a,
.jqueryslidemenu>ul>li>a:hover,.jqueryslidemenu>ul>li:hover>a{background:#000;color:#fff;}*/
To see if that makes it faster.
did that.
of course now the issue is, that you have a hard time reading the link, due to commenting out the li:hover
In your skin try switching to a websafe font for your menu to see if that speeds it up.
