   Something happened to my Awake homepage. Picture 2.png shows the cached version. After I paste the html code in the Custom HomePage Text (Picture 3) and select Save, the Custom HomePage Text is blank (Picture 4), resulting in the home page (http://allied-benefits.com/) being empty.

   Any Suggestions?

   Still having problems Elliot. I uploaded the latest version of the Awake theme via Filezilla - See screen shot of file directory structure - "awake updated - child" was what I uploaded. If you go to allied-benefits.com you'll see the template's been obliterated. When I go to WordPress I also see "Warning: Cookie names can not contain any of the following '=,; \t\r\n1314' in /home/content/42/8179942/html/wp-content/themes/awake updated - child/lib/admin/functions/core.php on line 442"

   Can you walk me through it please?

   Your directory looks weird. It looks as if you uploaded Awake into the WP-ADMIN folder which is not correct. The Wordpress theme folder is in /wp-content/themes/.

   Also, you should not rename your theme folder, it is going to cause issues. Completely delete the theme, download a fresh copy and upload into /wp-content/themes/ and make sure not to rename the theme folder.

   You uploaded the wrong folder, you need to look inside the "awake-powerful-professional-etcetc" folder for the "awake" folder, that is the correct folder that needs to be uploaded.
