Home page not showing correctly and 404's on other pages

   I've been having no problems with the site until I checked it today. Not sure if I upgraded anything since the last time I checked it.

   Currently, the home page is only displaying the blog entries. No slider or anything. The other pages are all showing the header, then a 404 error in the body.

   I've removed and recreated the .htaccess file, refreshed the permalinks, and other things from other forums I've checked. I've also deactivated all my plugins. The only change I notice is when I deactivate the WP E-commerce plugin. When it is deactivated, I get the home page, but it loads the home page no matter what page I go to.

   Was supposed to launch for the client today. Not a good day to start this... :-/

   Any help is appreciated.

   WP E-Commerce is not compatible with this theme, apparently. I had to go to a paid solution (Shopp plugin), but it works like a charm. Thanks for the reply, though!
