   The interface to edit home page content is great, but there is no facility for adding keywords or tags, or a site description. I've hunted around the options and can't find anything. I'm not comfortable enough to dip into the header code and put a description there in case I break something.

   Can this be addressed in the next update of this theme? I'd really love to be able to add keywords and a description to help my SEO.

   I'd like to second this. It seems like a pretty critical feature from an SEO point of view, unless there's a work around anyone can suggest.

   I've faced with the same problem but solved this with a simple line of code for the "description meta tag" in the header php template which I posted in this topic here: http://mysitemyway.com/support/topic/sites

   This line calls the blog description which was entered in the dashboard only on the home page, so you can work with seo plugins on the other sites.

   I found I can control title meta tags, description and keywords on a page by page basis via the WP plugin SEO Ultimate.
