    Hello. For some reason, the Header Links container is appearing below the Primary Menu. Is this correct? If so, how can I make it display above the logo similar to the Modular theme?

    Essentially, we are looking to add a split level menu above the logo. We know this is custom and are WP savvy, but are trying to simply move the primary menu to this location.....

    Suggestions? Thank you in advance.

    For clarity, I do have a menu assigned to "Header Links" but it is appearing below the primary menu, font color white.

    Hello sitesmart,

    You can move both around by adding these lines in Dashboard -> your theme -> General Settings -> Custom CSS,

    #primary_menu { position: absolute; top: 10px !important; right: 10px !important; }
    #header_extras { position: absolute; top: 10px !important; right: 10px !important; }

    And then play around with the top and right values until they are positioned correctly.
