All my Galleria photos stopped loading suddenly. They used to display fine but now it just spins. Any ideas why this would happen? I tried deactivating all my plugins and that didn't work.

    Hello studioeiler,

Your resize script is giving me a 404, http://johnssanitation.com/wp-content/themes/awake/lib/scripts/thumb.php.

Your using an outdated version of Awake so I would consider updating to the latest version, http://mysitemyway.com/docs/index.php/Updating_Awake_and_inFocus_to_2.0.

Keep in mind that you will need to reconfigure your settings though since your on Awake 1.3 or lower.

If you want to stick with 1.3 then be sure to update the resize script and try increasing it's permissions to 755 or 777.

Here's the latest version of the resize script, http://timthumb.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/timthumb.php.

And you can find it in your theme at, /wp-content/themes/awake/lib/scripts/thumb.php.

I can't really update the theme because I've customized it so much already. Is there an easy way to do this?

I tried saving up the latest timthump.php and changing the filename to thumb.pho but that didn't work. I also tried saving over the thumb.php with the one I originally downloaded thinking it might have gotten corrupted, but that didn't work either. Any other ideas on how to fix this issue?

There's not much we can do until the 404 error is fixed. Contact your hosting provider and ask them what permissions you need.

I would really consider updating Awake as well.

Hi, I contacted the hosting and set all folder and file permissions to what they recommend (644 files, 755 folder). It still hasn't fixed the issue and I don't know what to do. I will eventually update to the latest theme version but I need this problem fixed quickly and I customized the current theme so much it will take time to upgrade. Is there anything else that can be done? I'm lost on this one...

There is nothing we can do until you get rid of the 404 on your resize script. Have you tried 777 permissions?

Hi guys, you were right. It was just a permissions issue. I was able to fix it so thank you very much for all your help!
