For some reason, the contact form in the footer is not working correctly. First of all, it reloads the page when you click submit, regardless of validation errors. This does not

In either case, it always reloads the page to:
http://football-island.com/#mysite_form1
I am not receiving any e-mail either, so looks like its not sending anything either ...
Furthermore, I tried to add the contact shortcode to a page, and it gets two captcha fields and it does not seem to work either:

"[contactform email="MAIL" subject="testemail" success="test" captcha="true"]"
(I changed MAIL for sake of posting here)
