    FYI - No one from MSMW staff has responded to queries on the forum or external contact requests for the last year. I'm just another client like you lending a helping hand.

    Regarding your image issue, go into the theme admin under "Image Resizing" and switch it from "TimThumb" to "Built-in WordPress". See if that fixes your problem.

    NOTE: Don't use TimThumb...it is not secure.

    Hope that helps.

    Regarding downloading themes...

    I couldn't wait forever for MSMW to get back in the game since I am a Managed WordPress Cloud supplier who needs to support clients on the defunct MSMW themes so I created a community fork of the open source MSMW themes at https://backstopthemes.com and upgraded the code to support php7 and WordPress 4.7 (I'm bringing the jquery up-to-date next). For the techies, you can participate in the community at https://gitlab.com/BackStopThemes.

    NOTE: This excludes Awake and inFocus since these are proprietary ThemeForest distributed themes.

    BackStop Themes instructions:
    Note: Always make a backup of your current system before upgrading your theme in case you want to roll back.

    Manual upgrade options are:
    a) Copy the new folder contents into the old folder; OR;
    b) Rename the old folder, upload the new folder; OR;
    c) Delete the old folder, upload the new folder

    I tend to use option b.

    Remember to download a copy of the old theme folder first as a backup. If you upgrade using option b or c you will need to copy your skin folder and css file from the backup theme copy folder to the new live theme folder.

    FYI - BackStop themes is a community-based support environment for the now defunct MSMW themes. Please keep in mind that support is now community based so please be patient. None of the money you spend / have spent on MySiteMyWay goes to the new community-based support environment which was established and is maintained by OnePressTech Pty Ltd.

    If you choose to continue with BackStop Themes you can email admin@backstopthemes.com to be added to the BackStop Themes newsletter....welcome to the new community :-)

    Kind regards,

    Sorry but it could be many things.

    Can you make sure the published version is using a BackStop Theme and TimThumb and auto-resizing are disabled. I can then take a look at it online to see what's going on.

    I am going to see if I can reproduce this over the next few days on the latest BackStop Themes release.

    Can you do the following please:

    1) Upgrade to using the latest BackStop theme. The old MSMW themes are not supportable.
    2) Tell me which version of php your server is running
    3) Provide me a link to your public website page where the problem is occurring so I can take a look.

    Let's track this down and get it fixed.

    Could you tell me which shortcodes you are using. If you copy the page content here in a forum post I can test it out locally.
