email accounts do not work with contact forms

   Hi,

   For my clients website http://www.notar-schweifer.at I used your template Echelon.
   There is a contact form in the footer and on the page http://www.notar-schweifer.at/kanzlei/kontakt/.

   However, there is a problem with the receiving email account:

   When I use "christian.schweifer@notar-schweifer.at" as receiving email adress everything works fine. However if I use "simone.kutil@notar-schweifer.at" or "office@notar-schweifer.at" the mails never arrive.

   My client already checked their spam filter and the receive normal messages to both email accounts.
   Do you have an idea where the problem is?

   Hello Vorarlberg,

   It sounds like it's a problem with the SMTP server somehow. Are you using GoDaddy?

   Go ahead and set the email that is not working and we'll test it out.

   No, the customer is not using GoDaddy. The receiving E-Mail Adress right now is not working. Could you please test it?

   I sent you a test email, check your inbox and spam folders to see if it arrived.

   Try contacting your hosting provider and let them know about this to see if their SMTP server is correctly configured. Also check your server error logs to see if there is any information in there.
