For one website I use a "heritage" version of inFocus, and for another site I use Elegance. I am considering updating my old inFocus site to take advantage of a better footer layout, better menu support etc. In terms of features, is there any real difference between the new inFocus and Elegance. For me it is especially important that the theme has multiple user support where each user holds his own site. inFocus does that fine. Will I have the same features on Modular and Elegance? Rather than upgrading to a newer version of inFocus, is it better to upgrade straight to Elegance or Modular? Are inFocus, Elegance, and Modular all based on the same framework?

Hello Nina Kozok,
All of our themes run on our mysitemyway framework so they all have the same features. It all boils down to whichever design you like best.

Dear Elliot,
From your reply I take it that upgrading from inFocus 1.6. to Modular is just as simple as upgrading from inFocus 1.6 to 2.5. Is that correct? I wanted to upgrade to inFocus 2.5 but then I got suspicious as inFocus (and also Awake) is no longer included on the theme list. Does it indicate that inFocus is due to be phased out? Isn't it better then to update to the newer Modular or Method themes to ensure longer lasting support? Design-wise I prefer sticking to inFocus but am afraid that in the long run I will have to switch to one of the newer themes anyway? Are my concerns totally ill-founded? Many thanks for your advise.Posted 4 months ago # -
As said before all of our themes are run on our mysitemyway framework so they have all the same features, they will all be updated at the same time.
