   How do I lower the main container so it is below the navigation bar?

   Hello dancouto,

   If I understand correctly then you'll need to add this in your style.css file,

   #body_block { margin-top: 50px !important; }

   If that is not what you were wanting then take a screenshot and highlight the areas you are wanting to move.
