    How do I disable the display of the Primary Menu altogether.

    I have the following in my custom CSS:

    #primary_menu { height: 50px; }
    .jqueryslidemenu { display: none; }

    But the menu is showing up on my iPad with a link directing to Add Menu Items here.

    The code below is what I have added to my page, but the menu still shows either the site title, or custom logo. I'd rater that module be gone entirely. What should I do? Adding the following code did not help. site name is thewrightmsanco.com

    03. Menu
    =============================================================================================================== */

    #primary_menu{height:0px;}
    .jqueryslidemenu{display:none;}
    #responsive_menu{display:none!important;}

    Add it in Dashboard -> your theme -> General Settings -> Custom CSS.
