   Looking to maximize creativity and need your help.

   Working:
   >> This page shows a "Tooltip Image" or a "Tooltip video" from a content trigger when it is not with in a bullet list.
   --Example Page-- http://www.nonprofit-solutions.co/portfolio/event-race-turkey-trot-2/

   Not Working:
   >> Same exact code now placed inside a "Bullet List" does not work
   --Example Page-- http://www.nonprofit-solutions.co/how-to/fundraising-online/

   Any body have any wisdom on what to do.

   Hello nonprofitpartners,

   Your currently getting this javascript error,

   jQuery("a#tooltip_trigger_1").cluetip is not a function
   [Break On This Error] jQuery('#cluetip-arrows').css('border-...en: 'fadeIn', openSpeed: 'fast' } });

   It must be that since you are nesting the shortcode that the framework cannot find it. Try pasting this inside the HTML editor of that page,

   <script type = 'text/javascript' src = 'http://www.nonprofit-solutions.co/wp-content/themes/modular/lib/scripts/cluetip/jquery.cluetip.js'></script>
