Contact Form Shortcode not working

   I'm running the Echelon theme on Wordpress 3.3.1. I can't get the Contact Form shortcode to embedded into the page. When I click on "Send Shortcode to Editor" button, my settings for the form (that I setup) disappear but nothing shows up in the HTML above.

   This is an awesome theme, just need the contact form to work! :)

   Update to the latest version of Echelon, (1.6) and deactivate your plugins.

   Thanks so much for your help Elliott! Is there a way that the form results can be sent to two email addresses?

   I've tried the following setups
   username1@domain.com,username2@domain.com
   username1@domain.com;username2@domain.com

   Neither of these setups seem to work.

   If I remember right then separating them with commas worked for another user. Paste the code your using here.
