Contact Form Shortcode: Dropdown Select Label Spacing

resolved (3 posts) (2 voices)

  1. Pulling my hair out on this one. But I've got a form with several fields including the "select" drop down field, but it overlaps the field below it. I try adding
    and <div> spacing etc., but nothing gives. I'm guessing there's a CSS class that I can adjust, but I can't find it?

    Check it out on this page:

    Seems that the field is too high (space above and below. Though just adding space above the textfield would be sufficient, but nothing I put in the form short code seems to work?

    Hi,

    Go to the theme options panel, and paste this code in the "Custom CSS" field:

    .textarea_row {
    margin-top: 20px;
    }

    I think that's what you're looking for. Try it and let us know the results.

  3. @Ruderic - Excellent. That did it. I upped the margin to 25 pixels, as that seems to match the others a bit better from my view.

    We're good, thanks!
