   1. On the Homepage i have contact form on the 4th footer.. i tested by sending email. it works properly but one thing i want to correct is the sitename
   now it's '#mysite_form1" as the suffix but i wanna change this to be contact my company name instead.
   http://www.abc.com/#mysite_form1 to be http://www.abc.com/contact_abc

   2. On Contact us page i also have contact form, the fact is i always get "Your captcha result is wrong." when i try to send email. I didnt' even tick on the captcha or anything but on setting page but it's default and even i fill in correctly but they said it's wrong...

   Hello blueskin,

   1. Open up /wp-content/themes/[your_theme]/lib/shortcodes/16-contact.php and on line 35 you should see this,

   $mysite_form_id = 'mysite_form' . $form_id;

   Where you can change the ID of the form. I haven't tested if this works yet or not though.

   2. We'll have this fixed in the next update but for now try this as a quick fix, http://mysitemyway.com/support/topic/contactform-showing-captcha-when-not-asked-to.

   Thanks for the quick reply but I think something is wrong here.
   I can't open /wp-content/themes/infocus/lib/shortcodes/16-contact.php
   when i press enter then it's blank page without any detail in there

   http://www.mycompanysite.com/wp-content/themes/infocus/lib/shortcodes/16-contact.php

   what can i do next?

   Are you trying to edit the page by downloading / uploading via FTP? If not then go ahead and try editing it that way.

   nop i went to safari copy and paste ur given url but there is nothing pop up so i wonder how can i change anything.

   You'll need to download the file via FTP and edit it that way.

   Get in contact with your hosting provider and they will set you up with an FTP account.

   i think i have FTP account with the hosting provider already coz i used the setting there to fill in the form to connect.
   i could connect but when i past link they generate that message.
